Puzzle of the month!!!
A man works on the 16th floor of tower block. He gets the lift up to the 13th floor and walks up to the 16th floor, but if there is someone else in the lift he gets it to the 16th. When he goes home he gets the lift from the 16th to the ground.

Why dose he get the lift up to the 13th floor in the morning? Answers on a postcard to this address...
